Experience Costa Rica
From wildlife encounters and waterfall adventures to private chef dinners and sunset cruises, we’ll help you experience Costa Rica your way.

Your Private Chef & Concierge
Imagine waking up to breakfast prepared for your group while you watch the jungle come alive around you. Chef Rambo and his team can prepare everything from casual family meals to special dinners, accommodating dietary restrictions and individual preferences. As your concierge, Rambo can also arrange transportation, excursions, and special experiences throughout your stay.
Good to know: chef fees are based on group size, number of meals, and the cost of ingredients and groceries — ask Rambo for a quote.
The Jungle Is Part of the Experience
You don’t have to leave Justo Perfecto to experience Costa Rica’s incredible wildlife. Toucans, monkeys, parrots, sloths, and other rainforest visitors can often be spotted right from the property.

Some of the Best Days Are Spent Right Here
Morning
Coffee on the deck as capuchin monkeys move through the trees (spider monkeys make an appearance too), then a slow breakfast with mountain and ocean views.
Afternoon
Time by the pool, a hike to a nearby waterfall, or heading out for the adventure of your choice.
Evening
Sunset from the deck, a home-cooked dinner from Rambo and the team, and stars over the rainforest.
Or let Rambo arrange an adventure when you’re ready to explore.
Adventure & Activities Nearby

Surfing
Costa Rica is known for its world-class surfing. But don’t let the big waves intimidate you — anyone can learn with the fantastic teachers found in Dominical.

White Water Rafting
Paddles up! White water raft down the Savegre River, the cleanest river in all of Central America. If you’re lucky, maybe Rambo can be your guide!

ATV Adventure
Rip through the mountains and ford jungle streams on a guided ATV tour — one of the most exhilarating ways to see Costa Rica’s backcountry.

Zipline / Rappelling
Soar through the jungle canopy or rappel down a waterfall for an adrenaline-filled afternoon — one of the most thrilling ways to experience the rainforest up close.
Also nearby: whale watching (peak Aug–Sep, Jan–Mar) and snorkeling trips to Caño Island.

Beaches
Enjoy endless miles of pristine beaches. Bring the cooler, chairs, and an umbrella and make a day of it — Playa Matapalo and Playa Linda are within 15 minutes of the house.

Deep Sea Fishing
Whether you choose a full or half-day excursion, catching the big one is a real possibility. Sailfish, snapper, mahi mahi, and tuna are just a few of the fish you’ll be hunting.

Sunset Cruise
Snorkeling, swimming, and whale watching are just a few of the things you can do when you rent a sailboat. Cruise around Manuel Antonio, stop to snorkel, enjoy dinner, then finish with a breathtaking sunset.

Horseback Riding
Ride along the shoreline as the sun sets over the Pacific — a peaceful, unforgettable way to take in the coastline, especially for families and first-timers.

Wildlife
Some say the best part of a rainforest vacation is just sitting and listening to the jungle. Costa Rica is home to many species, and you’ll likely spot several right from the deck.

Waterfalls
There are so many waterfalls to visit nearby. Slide down one, swim in the pools below, or cool off under the rush of falling water — there’s even one in our neighborhood.
Also at the house: the pool and hot tub are open any time for an easy afternoon in.

Chef & Family Time
Gather the whole family for a home-cooked meal prepared by a private chef, right at the house — an easy way to relax together after a day of adventure.

In-House Wellness
Why leave the jungle? Arrange a private massage, manicure, or yoga session right at the house — Rambo can connect you with local therapists and instructors, so relaxation is never more than a few steps away.
Nearby Towns Worth a Visit
Beyond the activities above, these nearby towns each have their own personality — perfect for a dinner out, a day of exploring, or a change of scenery.
Manuel Antonio/Quepos
Costa Rica’s most popular national park with guaranteed wildlife sitings. Upscale marina and boardwalk — home to sportfishing charters, sunset sail departures, and a lineup of oceanfront restaurants, bars, and shops. A great stop for dinner or to book a fishing, snorkeling, or sunset cruise trip.
Dominical
A laid-back surf town with one of the best beach breaks on the Pacific coast. Beachfront restaurants and bars, live music on weekends, and easy access to the Nauyaca Waterfalls inland make it a fun half-day — or evening — trip.
Uvita
Home to Marino Ballena National Park and its famous Whale’s Tail sandbar, visible at low tide. Humpback whale-watching peaks August–September and January–March, plus there’s a lively Saturday farmers market and boat trips to Caño Island for snorkeling.
